With over 22 years of experience in structural design, business development, and operations management, Mohan is a leader who boasts a wealth of knowledge and skill. His strong leadership abilities, business acumen, and dedication to client relationships are further accentuated by his pragmatic and innovative approach, as well as his talent for mentorship. Holding both a bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering and an MBA from Symbiosis International University, and being a licensed. Civil Engineer in the State of California, Mohan's qualifications are exemplary.

With over 22 years of experience in the engineering and drafting industry, Pramod is an expert in detailing for various types of construction, including wood framed structures, light gauge steel structures, masonry, and concrete retaining walls, as well as precast stair and hollow-core detailing. Additionally, he has spent more than five years in the piping and pump industry. Pramod's interests extend beyond his work, as he enjoys hiking and spending time with his family. He is also dedicated to preserving green forests in the Pune city area, as an active member of the nature preservation group "Green Army."

Pankaja holds a Master's in Computer Management and has completed the Project Management Certificate Program from UCLA. She has several years of experience teaching IT subjects in MBA colleges near Pune. Her strong business skills, including proficiency with financial numbers and strong interpersonal abilities, make her an asset to any team.

Kuldeep boasts 18 years of experience working on prestigious projects in Architecture and Interior Design. His portfolio encompasses a wide range of projects including single and multi-family residential developments, hospitality, retail, and commercial projects.
He is skilled in team and client management, and is able to effectively optimize skillsets. Additionally, his passion for exploring offbeat places and uncharted territories brings a unique and insightful perspective to his work.
Kuldeep Pedgaonkar
Head of Architecture
Amit has over 11 years of experience drawn at reputed Structural Engineering firms. His experience encompasses projects of building types such as single and multi-family residential developments, low-rise commercial and retail buildings. Outside of work, Amit enjoys spending time with his family, playing and watching sports, swimming, etc. He is actively involved in preserving some heritage sites such as ancient forts and fortresses around his neighborhood.

Paul began his career in the AEC industry working in the Autodesk reseller channel.
A decade ago, he shifted to consulting services, focusing on enabling and managing outsourcing models for AEC firms of all sizes and types.

Lokesh has a proven track record of over 25 years of experience in Logistics, Supply Chain, and International Trade, with a specialization in Construction Supply Chain Management. He has earned an Executive MBA from Columbia Business School, New York. Based in the New York Metropolitan area, Lokesh primarily works to grow Target AEC Global's business in the US East Coast Region.

Sarj holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering and is licensed for Pre-purchase Home Inspection in Australia. With over 15 years of experience living in New South Wales, he has a strong background working with contractors, home and granny flat builders, and architects on inspections and renovations. He also has 25 years of combined experience in design and manufacturing in the Automobile and Manufacturing industries in Australia. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his family and friends, cooking barbeques on the beach, going for long drives, and photography.

Prachi is a multi-disciplinary designer and consultant with a rich background spanning over 14 years in architecture, urban design and design research. She is a staunch advocate for human-centered experiences and strongly believes in the efficacy of simplicity. Prachi earned her Master's degree in Urban Design from the University of Westminster, London and holds a Bachelor's degree from Sir J.J. College of Architecture, Mumbai.
Her focus is to expand Target AEC Global’s business and extend a helping hand to Architects, Engineers, and Contractors in the UK region. Prachi's commitment to business success is underpinned by her meticulous and customer-centric approach, aligning her efforts with achieving sustainable growth.
