Lump-Sum / Fixed Fee Model

Hourly (T&M)
For projects that involve multiple tasks and have an uncertain scope, we offer a business model that is based on a master agreement and hourly rates. This allows our clients to have more flexibility in defining the scope of the project as the work progresses. We establish clear and transparent billing terms upfront, with timesheets shared with the client on a regular basis, giving them the ability to keep a close eye on the project cost, and ensuring that the project stays within budget. This model is particularly effective when the scope of a project is not fully defined at the beginning, and we are committed to providing our clients with the flexibility they need to achieve their goals.
However, we also understand that team turnover can pose challenges to maintaining consistency in output quality. Losing team members means that we need to spend time and resources training new hires and interns, which can cause delays and disrupt project timelines. Furthermore, once trained, new employees and interns may leave for larger companies, creating a shortage of experienced staff.
